Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and online marketing.

✅ Client Consultation & Sales

• Assess clients financial and insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Explain policy details, coverage options, and pricing in a clear and professional manner.

• Close sales and complete necessary paperwork and documentation.

✅ Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing policy support.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications, and claims processing.
• Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

✅ Compliance & Industry Knowledge

• Ensure adherence to company policies, state laws, and insurance regulations.
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
• Attend training sessions and professional development programs.
