Duty Manager / Branch Manager

What do we need?

A Conversationalist, Presentable, Peoples person with Sales focus with Wellness/service/hospitality/Retail Industry background as an additional advantage, can handle day to day operations & has a problem solver attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Guest Handling (Welcoming Guests, Explaining Menu, Room Callings)
2. Staff Management
3. Appointments & Smart Scheduling and Billing Reports.
4. Resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Selling Memberships-Up selling & cross- selling
6. Training for New Staff joining.
7. Reports preparation and sending in groups.
8. Collaborate with other HO departments
9. Handling Outlet/Branch operations and upkeep
10. Improve operations and guest experiences.
11. Manage daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality services to guests.
12. Handle guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
13. Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
14. Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2-7 years of experience in hospitality industry (Spa management).

BHMCT degree from a recognized hotel management institute.

Strong skills in branch handling, guest handling, sales & operations, team handling.

Who can apply?

A Graduate/ Diploma holder with decent computer knowledge. Minimum 2 years of work experience in Retail/Service/ Hospitality industry, willing to work in different shifts, maintain grooming standards as per policy. Should be fluent in English/Hindi and Regional Language.

Remuneration Incentives-

Based on Target Achievements, ranges from Rs 3,000 to Rs 10,000 / per Month.
