Junior Manager / Associate Manager - Safety

Role & responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.

2.To check and monitor the access control of the people who are visiting the company.

3.Responsible for monitoring the security operations for any organization or company.

4. Directly responsible for managing all day to day aspects of the site premises security program activities by planning, directing and overseeing programs and personnel for the purpose of ensuring compliance. - 100% Compliance to Security norms.

5. Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work.

6. Interact with Contractors / Vendors of the projects to understand their requirements and educate them on particular systems.

7. Interact with Government statutory agencies like Local Fire Authority, Central Electrical Authority, Municipal corporations, Factory Inspectorates for certifications

Preferred candidate profile

Must has minimum 7 years of road project experience as safety lead.

Safety certificates - NEBOSH or IOSH or Industrial safety certificate is mandatory.
