Sales Executive

Sales Executive identifies customer needs and understands our product to match the need and build a positive relationship for the customer with the brand. Understands and works towards Individual targets and supports colleagues to achieve overall store sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Achieving the sales promises by : 

1. Greeting the customers & identifying their requirements and needs
2. Recommending and helping them locate and select right products matching their needs
3. Up selling & Cross Selling of the products 
4. Informing about the product specifications , warranties & other precautions
5. Making the customers try on the products
6. Explain customers with current ongoing promotions and discounts
7. Closing the sale by suggestive selling
8. Thanking the customers & inviting them for next visit
9. Maintaining professional relations with all the other staff at the store & from the back office.
