Physio Operation Manager

We are looking for dedicated Physio Operation Manager role who can handle entire Physiotherapist business in Bangalore. It's work from Office Job with 6 day's of working.

Role & responsibilities :

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, Lead Manage, Allocating visits to field Physios.
• Team Management: Lead physiotherapists and support staff; oversee training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Patient Care Quality: Ensure excellent patient care and resolve escalated concerns.
• Compliance: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for service improvement and business growth.
• Technology Integration: Implement and maintain systems and equipment to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting: Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports for senior management..

Preferred candidate profile : BPT or MPT with minimum 1 year of patient management experience. And have experience on Team Handling

Experience : More than 2 Year

Salary : 4.5 to 5 lac depends upon experience
