The ideal candidate will robustly understand the growth marketing landscape and experience working with D2C, E-commerce, or media clients. This role requires a proactive approach to creating and managing a sales pipeline, owning revenue goals, and driving sales independently
Key Responsibilities:. Conduct thorough research to identify new sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition
Lead the sales process from qualification to closure, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of growth marketing strategies and how they can be applied to different client scenarios
Work independently to achieve sales targets, with minimal reliance on the marketing team
Utilize CRM systems effectively for tracking client interactions, managing leads, and publishing reports
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, including D2C, E-commerce, and B2B sectors
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques

At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within a digital agency environment
Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets

Proficiency in using CRM software such as Hubspot and other sales tools
