Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement project management strategies to align with organizational goals for interior projects within the state. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.

Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple interior projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct feasibility studies and resource planning for new projects.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers, site supervisors, and other professionals.

Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their requirements, feedback, and concerns.

Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and financial reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines or costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and organizational policies.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
