Roles and Responsibilities

• Work in field recruitment to Hiring from various colleges|NGOs|Social Medias & Etc.,

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for male candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Coordinate with managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Conduct bulk hiring campaigns through mass recruitment techniques to meet business demands.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Male candidate with MBA-HR
  
• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment management or human resource management.
  
• Proven track record of successful bulk hiring experiences with volume hiring expertise.
