Automation Technical Lead

Medline is seeking a Technical Lead. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring the quality of our software products.The responsibilities of the position include: Design/Architect test automation framework for API /Services Testing by usingMicrofocus UFT, Selenium, ReadyAPI, or Katalon Develop the Automated Regression Pack for different projects Setting standards for automation tool selection and methodology development Recommend and evaluate new tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality Provide guidance and training to implement test automation to application teams Guide application teams to implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach Test Environment set-up/management, monitoring, and streamlining release management to QA Environments.Good to have Skills Having experience in NFR Testing such as Performance/Security. Able to set up NFR practices and Framework for Performance Testing by usingJMeter, Webload or Load Runner, etc. TestNG and Junit Adopt an automation-focused mindset to streamline recurring tasks by applying best practices and standards, thereby reducing manual efforts. Good understanding of Micro front-end and Microservices Testing Experience with programming languages like Java or Python. Knowledge of database testing and SQL. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience in mobile testing is a plus.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in test automation and software testing. Proficiency in automation tools such as UFT, Selenium, Jenkins, and TestNG. Strong understanding of SDLC processes and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
