Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code surgical or inpatient records using the appropriate coding systems and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with medical coding standards, policies, and regulations.
• Perform quality checks and audits to maintain coding accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in documentation or coding.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Surgery Coding or IP DRG Coding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex medical records.
• Proficiency in ICD, CPT, Surgery and DRG coding guidelines.
• A team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
