Role & responsibilities

• Learned about Structural layout and DMC pile foundation.
• Estimation of Building construction materials and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
• Construction of Overhead Water Tank (400 CUM)
• Construction of other utilities building (pump house Security Room,Chlorine chamber,Boundary Wall)
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) of different structural components.
• Analysis and execution of different segments of industrial projects (watertanks, bituminous roads)
• Monitoring and maintaing safety practices during project execution on site.
• Performing field quality (slump cone test for concrete & compaction test by core cutting method)
• Labour bill preparation and checking
• Execution and supervision of work as per working drawings and specifications.
• Coordination with client and design consultant.
• Study and analyzing of architectural and structural RCC drawings
• Prepare bar bending schedule as per the structural drawings.
• Keep a track of labour supply and ensure no mismanagement of labour.
• Daily progress report on supervisor work and labour output
• Responsible for assessing the labour requirement as per the need of the work and ensure adequate deployment of labour
• Execution head of brickwork and plastering works
• Calculation of quantities of various items and placing the order considering lead time.
• Involvement in checking,demarcation,lineout,RCC work.
