Medicare - Executive - Back Office Sales Operations (0-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the Sales staff day start and movements in Application.

2. Monitor and make sure all sales staff must leave home in allocated shift.

3. Working and monitoring the Log Application.

4. Daily MIS reporting in given format.

5. Can Handle Minimum 4 states or more.

6. Can Handle database of minimum 25 employee or more.

7. Daily Sales staff calls Monitoring.

8. Verification of sales staff visit at Vender with name and other details.

9. Weekly MIS management.

10. Knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc.

11. Monitoring of targeted visits allocated to sales staff.

12. GAP Analysis and discuss with reporting managers.

13. Dealer and Distributor order management.

14. Calling to sales staff for result execution and follow ups.

15. Monitoring and verification of sales staff visits at hospitals, vendors and other places.
