Orthopaedic Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint disorders, and sports injuries. The role involves both surgical and non-surgical treatments, patient consultations, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary medical team.

Candidate must be familiar with Malyalam Language

Location: KUZHUPPILLY, ERNAKULAM, KERALA

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat disorders related to bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.
• Perform orthopaedic surgeries, including trauma surgeries, joint replacements, and arthroscopic procedures.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists for patient management.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients.
• Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopaedics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS + MS/DNB in Orthopaedics (mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery or clinical practice.
• Experience in trauma management, joint replacements, or sports medicine preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted orthopaedic procedures.
• Experience in managing complex fractures and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation and post-surgical care.
