Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the designated HQ.
Ensure volume-based, group-wise, and product-wise sales targets are met.
Procure orders from customers and distributors while ensuring timely payments.
Promote the company's products effectively to drive revenue growth.
Customer & Distributor Management:
Maintain and update the customer and distributor database.
Conduct regular meetings with customers and distributors.
Develop long-term business relationships with major customers.
Ensure adequate product inventory with channel partners to avoid supply shortages.
Product Promotion & Market Analysis:
Conduct product demonstrations as required.
Assist the Team Leader in implementing promotional strategies.
Conduct market and customer surveys to gather insights.
Monitor and report competitor activities, schemes, and industry trends.
Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure timely submission of reports and claims as per company policies.
Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with channel partners.
