Key responsibilities :

- Enabling business teams to build Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Insurance Network through best industry practices to mitigate the potential business continuity risk.

- Identify and prioritize potential Pharmacy, Diagnostics partners with Sales, Supply chain and Operations teams to drive Network expansion through a compliant Market place.

- Contribute to new product development and tech solutions to ensure industry best practices are incorporated in day-to- day operations for Network providers.

- Handle a large team PAN India with prime focus on department targets and execution of action plan.

- Build & maintain strong strategic relationships with founders, key stakeholders, business partners, customers.

- Lead the development & implementation of strategic plans to achieve business growth, profitability, customer sanctification goal.

- Collaborate with cross functional team to drive new development, marketing campaigns.

- Maintained deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape.

- Establish culture of innovation, continuous improvements, execution excellence.

- Implement performance matrix, tracking system to monitor progress, identify new opportunity for improvement, ensure accountability.

- Developed & Managed budgeting, forecasting, financial reports to track performance & informed decision making.
