Manager - Manpower Planning - Industrial Engineering (5-15 yrs)

- Execute manpower study and based on calculated workload finalize total manpower numbers (on-roll, contractors) required in the department

- Monitor time period and number of equipment required by the department based on workload analysis i.e. process to be followed, number of days etc.

- Prepare costing sheet for the equipment and share it with contract cell in order to reduce overall cost expenditure of the plant

- Identify bottle necks in the production process and design & implement improvement initiatives to improve on-going processes

- Study capital investment requirements of various departments, identify alternate means and reduce overall capital requirements of the plant

- Interact with various department heads to understand their requirements and design alternatives to improve existing system by using lean & six sigma methodology

- Explain various issues, problems as well as propose initiatives to follow improved process and deploy manpower as per designed blueprint

- Provide direction to team members to carry out workload study, time study, work sampling, Standard time etc. in different areas and ensure timely completion of the same

- Design of Group Incentive Scheme for Non Executives for all location

- Monthly computation of the Group Incentive Scheme for all location
