- To identify, develop and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all marketing opportunities for Hostel Services.
- For all new clients, prepare a client brief for the Client Manager, effecting the handover of the relationship into the delivery phase
- Identify, organise and attend relevant networking events
- To work at marketing strategies to increase occupancy of the Hostel by running special events.
- Review future booking status to plan dates for promotions to increase occupancy of Tourist Hostel.
- To further develop relationships with existing business partners and identify and develop opportunities.
- To work alongside the Associate General Secretary in the management of direct marketing, including regular email shots to the prospect database
- To keep the content of the Companys website up to date and relevant
- To identify and manage a social media strategy for the Company
- To plan and execute the launch of the knowledge management software product
- To research resources available to Hostel Services and to scan competitor offerings to ensure the range of services continues to offer good value for clients. To make suggestions to the Associate General Secretary when any new opportunities for service enhancement are identified
- To build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business, you need to develop strong customer relationship.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned.
Qualification:
Graduate with Diploma in Marketing, having 5 years relevant experience in Digital Marketing through Google Ads, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram etc.).
