Job Description

To assist in delivering high quality nursing care in the hospital.
Treat emergency injuries
Document all injuries and illnesses
Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
Performs assigned duties as per the department s protocol
Performs comprehensive nursing assessment on all patients with consideration to clinical condition, pain activities of daily living , skin allergies, integrity, valuables, safety needs, age ,mental, social and physical status.
Assesses vital signs, important information and reports abnormalities to the consultant and team and carries out orders as per instructions.
Accurately and thoroughly documents nursing assessment and patient problems using appropriate clinical terminology.

Job Objective

Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians or under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, and temperature, and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Conduct patient assessments, document patient histories, and contribute to the development of care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing notes, medication records, and care plans.

Dislikes

Senior staff's behavior is not good with junior, they do partiality with staff. They don't learn to anything those staff don't do their flattery. They hate & scold without mistake whose who speak truth & talk in badway.
