Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in promoting our products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company products/services, and answer queries.

Follow up on leads and maintain communication to convert prospects into customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Stay updated with the latest product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude while handling customer calls.
