Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Science graduate to join our team as a Graduate Trainee. This entry-level position is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations. The candidate will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and contribute to our projects and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

⮚ Collect, analyze, and interpret data relevant to R&D / QC

⮚ Maintain accurate records of processes, results, and reports.

⮚ Assist in laboratory tests, experiments, and product evaluations.

⮚ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Operations.

⮚ Compliance: Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

⮚ Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

⮚ Provide administrative and technical support to senior team members on ongoing projects.

Qualification/ Education:

⮚ Bachelors degree in [Science Discipline – Chemistry, Physics, Biology, etc.].

Skills:

⮚ Basic understanding of laboratory techniques, tools, software.

⮚ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

⮚ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

⮚ Good verbal and written communication abilities.

Traits:

⮚ Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

⮚ Preferred

⮚ Internship experience in a related field is an advantage.

CTC- Between 1.80 to 2.40 Lacs Per Annum
