Job Responsibilities:

• Provide digital training for sales representatives on all priority products.
• Ensure they understand the basic science and unique selling points (USPs) of each product to effectively engage in conversations with doctors.
• Train them on proper fieldwork etiquette.
• Offer training on relevant technology to enhance their performance in the field.
• Participate in the interview process to screen candidates.
• Improve processes to make fieldwork more productive.

Requirements:

• Science Graduation is must
• PMT experience / ASM Pharma sales for 2-3 years is must

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Mon- Sat)
