Technical Lead (FLEXPLM)_8 Years_Pune

• The candidate must have FlexPLM configuration and customization experience.
• FlexPLM is desired; however we will consider other PLM experience as well. The following skill set is desired:
• Process experience deep expertise streamlining FlexPLM 12 processes for multi brand/category retailer. Have implemented retail product development costing practices, ideally in a FlexPLM environment.
• FlexPLM product knowledge in depth FlexPLM product/business knowledge and have worked in system upgrade/enhancement projects encompassing multi brands/categories.
• Realizes FlexPLM OOTB constraints/limitations/ capabilities with respect to costing reporting needs and can effectively engage with business leaders on driving the optimal solution.
• Costing experience Understands costing best practices for product development, sourcing supplier management, and finance stakeholders.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff at different levels.
• Understands agile business practices.
