Job Description
- Assemble drone frames, motors, propellers, landing gear, and other mechanical components according to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Install and secure electrical wiring, sensors, and other electronics into the drone structure.
- Ensure proper alignment, torque, and fastening of mechanical parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform functional testing of assembled drones to verify operational integrity.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during the assembly process and after testing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems.
- Inspect all components and assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Document and report any defects or discrepancies found during the assembly process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Maintain assembly tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Calibrate measurement instruments and ensure they are used correctly during the assembly process.
- Perform routine maintenance on assembly jigs and fixtures.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made to the drones.
