Role & responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the MEP team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.

2. Oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for new and existing projects.

3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

4. Review and approve MEP designs, calculations, and technical specifications.

5. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.

6. Conduct risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate potential project challenges.

7. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

8. Manage procurement and installation of MEP equipment and materials.

9. Supervise testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure operational efficiency.

10. Implement sustainable and energy-efficient MEP solutions.

11. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.

12. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to the MEP team.

13. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance MEP system performance.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.

2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP engineering and project management.

3. Strong knowledge of MEP design, installation, and maintenance in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

7. Understanding of sustainable and green building practices
