Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Design and Analysis:Develop and evaluate mechanical systems and components, including machines, tools, engines, and mechanical devices
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed schematics and blueprints
- Perform stress and thermal analysis to ensure designs meet performance and safety requirements
- Research and Development:Investigate and research new materials, technologies, and manufacturing methods to improve product performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and refine designs
- Project Management:Create project timelines, budgets, and specifications
- Oversee project progress, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct tests and experiments on mechanical systems to assess performance and identify potential issues
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and regulations
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Provide technical support for the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures and operational issues
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of designs, specifications, and test results
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for colleagues and stakeholders
