Finance Manager

Role: Manager - Finance

About the Role: As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for Financial reporting (both MIS and IndAS), managing tax compliance (both Direct and Indirect tax), and assisting in financial planning.

Your Job:

• Prepare detailed financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets for internal (MIS) and external stakeholders (as per GAAP).
• Support in month-end book closure activities.
• Develop and implement strong financial controls and processes for improved financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Liaisoning with external consultants for statutory compliance.

Who is the best fit? 

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of experience. Big4 Articleship (Audit) and industry experience is highly desirable.
• System experience - MS-Excel, Powerpoint, Google sheet and ERP systems preferably Net-suite or any advanced EPR system.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with IndAS
• Working knowledge of India tax compliance requirements (GST and TDS).
