Accounts Executive 1 Position

Candidate with 3-15 years of experience. Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.

• Accurately record transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare purchase/sales bills, stock statements, and manage sundry debtors/creditors.
• Follow up on payments and process vendor payments.
• Handle invoicing, GST return filing, and statutory filings (TDS, TCS, etc.).
• Prepare cash/travel vouchers and manage petty cash.
• Process monthly salaries and handle salary payments.
• Ensure compliance with tax reconciliations, returns, and refunds.
• Prepare month-end/year-end accounts and liaise with auditors for audits.
• Distribute year-end statutory returns.
• Coordinate with consultants on accounting, finance, and taxation matters.

Skills and Experience | Essential

• Experience with working on Tally
• Working knowledge on Balance sheet, Finalization and understanding taxation norms and implication standards
