We are looking for a smart and pleasant personality with excellent command over English - spoken and written. She must professionally manage the reception and cater to all client requirements from new enquiries to follow-ups.

Role & responsibilities:

• Handling Call & Enquiries
• Calendar Booking / Appointment Coordination
• Front Desk Management / Receptionist
• Payment collection and package activation
• Regular follow-ups for appointments
• Regular client feedback follow-ups
• ERP entries and client records maintenance
