Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with strong expertise in business analysis, data analytics, and product delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsdevelopers, testers, stakeholdersand will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating mock-ups using Figma, and managing Epics & User Stories in Jira. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Work closely with stakeholders (Product Owners, Business Users, and Management) to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze and understand complex business needs, translating them into clear technical specifications and deliverables.

• Documentation & User Story Creation
• Create, refine, and maintain Epics and User Stories in Jira.
• Ensure clarity and completeness of user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Document process flows, data mappings, and any necessary supporting materials.

• Mockups & Wireframing
• Use Figma (or similar tools) to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes/mock-ups.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers (if applicable) to ensure consistent, user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaboration with Development & QA Teams
• Communicate requirements effectively to developers, clarifying doubts and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and help prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure test scenarios and test cases align with the defined requirements.

• Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones, timelines, and potential risks.
• Conduct workshops or demo sessions to showcase product increments or data insights.
• Coordinate with business teams for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and incorporate feedback.

• Continuous Improvement
• Identify areas for process improvements within business, product, and IT processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends in business analysis, data analytics, and product management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, or related role.

• Tools & Methodologies:
• Proficiency in Jira (Epics, User Stories, Sprint Planning)
• Hands-on experience with Figma for mockups and UI wireframing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Data & Analytics: Knowledge of data analysis concepts, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination
• Critical thinking and problem-solving

• Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Prior experience in a product-based environment or data-driven projects
• Certification in Agile a plus
