In this role, you will work with Periscope leadership and client representatives in joint problem-solving sessions. You will also enable process improvements to gain efficiencies and enable a faster transition to steady state; through driving the discussions with the product development team by providing ongoing feedback on solutions and opportunities to enhance/add features. This is required for Periscope to deliver the insights related to the business challenges at stake.

You will support clients in their usage of Periscope solution and engage with client sponsors as well as program leadership on a regular basis to drive user adoption, and drive the process of converting and enriching client raw data and deliver the insights related to the business challenges at stake.

You will work at the core of bridging client business challenges with the capabilities of our Periscope solution and ensure timely and effective communication of project status, schedule, cost, and assessment of risks/issues. You will advise client on competitive insights on price, promo, assortment, consumer insights from multiple data sources.

You will act as a bridge to client requirement and solution capability and structure and configure the Periscope solution as per client needs. For this, you may have to master analytics/methodology embedded and the data concepts related to Periscope functional or sector domains.

You will also plan and execute the roll-out of applications beyond engagements. This may include the deployment of applications on client infrastructure, the configuration of applications for use by additional client organizational units, or support of roll-out activities to large user bases.

Given the pace of this role, you will be expected to manage relationships with senior leaders & cross-functional teams throughout the project life cycle. You will also coach and mentor junior team members by sharing business, functional and technical expertise.

• Bachelor s or master s degree (MBA is a plus)
• 9+ years of relevant professional work experience accustomed to acting as the interface of business and technology
• Strong project management skills (on time, within budget, according to scope, and with flexibility when required, etc.)
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or SQL
• Strong knowledge of working with large databases, data visualization tools, IT solution applications
• Able to incorporate business context to present and describe technical functionalities to that less versed in technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative problem-solving skills; comfortable with handling risks and dealing with ambiguous situations
• Analytical and strategic focus, with ability to drive exploration and draw conclusions from multiple data sources
• Keen understanding of process and knowledge of key client service processes (data management & solution support)
• Thoughtful and comfortable communicator (in person or on paper); ability to facilitate discussions and conduct training
• Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and action-oriented mindset
• Able to work well within teams across continents/time zones with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to act autonomously, bringing structure and organization to work
