Job Description
As an IOS Developer you will be providing hands-on support to our internal business units spanning Higher Education, Schools, Professional and Customer Experience.
What will you be doing?
- Participate in requirements analysis and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Work on assigned tickets within agreed SLA adhering to defined development process
- Write clean, scalable code using iOS programming language
- Write tests to cover positive, negative and regression scenarios
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Create/Update documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) eg process flows, sequence diagrams etc
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
We are looking for someone with:
- A bachelor s degree in engineering/technology
- 3+ years of experience as an iOS developer with a strong experience in Swift and Objective-C
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and APIs
- Experience with iOS frameworks, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
- Understanding of Apple s design principles and interface guidelines
- Code management using Git or equivalent
