About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage our sales team.
The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, building strong customer relationships, and fostering a high-performing sales culture.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record of sales success, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- This includes identifying target markets, defining sales channels, and setting sales targets.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Revenue Generation: Drive sales performance and ensure the team consistently achieves or exceeds revenue targets.
- Monitor sales progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and leverage sales technology.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
- Build a high-performing sales team that can consistently deliver results.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams, preferably in a similar industry.
- Sales Strategy Development: Strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Revenue Generation: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Sales Process Optimization: Experience in optimizing sales processes and implementing best practices.
- Market Analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.

- Experience with CRM software (e.g, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of specific industry regulations and compliance requirements.
