Maintenance - Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical & Mechanical Systems:
   
• Motors and Drives: Oversee AC/DC motors and drives, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting.
• Relay & Contactor Logic: Manage relays and contactors for circuit control.
• PLC Controlled Machines: Program and maintain PLC-based machines.
• HT/LT Electrical Power Systems: Handle high- and low-tension electrical systems, ensuring efficient operation.
• DC Motors & Drives: Manage digital and analog DC motors and drives.
2. Instrumentation & Control Systems:
   
• Instrumentation: Maintain measurement/control equipment (e.g., pressure, temperature).
• DCS: Oversee distributed control systems for process management.
• SCADA: Manage SCADA systems for remote monitoring/control of industrial processes.
3. Process Equipment Handling:
   
• Thermo Pack & Coal Crusher: Manage thermal systems and coal crushers.
• Continuous Process Machines: Handle machinery in continuous processes.
• Screw Compressor & Chillers: Oversee compressors and chillers for cooling/air compression.
• Cooling Towers & MHE: Manage cooling towers and material handling equipment (e.g., conveyors, forklifts).
4. Spare Part Management: Maintain and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
   

Additional Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and resolve issues.
• Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize costs.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
