We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Head to lead our sales operations in . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in team management, builder liaison, target setting, and the planning and execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective targets. Provide regular training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Builder Liaison: Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships with builders and developers to secure exclusive deals and collaborations.
Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet the company s sales goals and objectives.
Target Setting: Set realistic and ambitious sales targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement through effective planning and execution.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Adjust sales strategies based on insights.
Client Relations: Build and maintain excellent relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare detailed reports for senior management on sales activities, progress, and areas for improvement.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Extensive experience in builder liaison and developing strategic partnerships.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
