Lead the design and development of both digital and analog electronics for high-power control systems and Battery Management Systems (BMS) specifically tailored for automotive applications.
Take complete ownership of control boards and electronics systems from concept through specification, design, prototyping, and manufacturing.
Engage in cross-functional team collaborations with Firmware, Mechanical, Thermal Design, Testing, and Manufacturing departments to ensure seamless integration and optimization of electronics systems.
Act as a technical expert in deep-dive troubleshooting and optimization of complex circuit designs
Conduct comprehensive product-level electrical design activities, including simulation, component selection, circuit design and analysis, and insulation coordination.

Requirements (All Levels):

For GETs/Interns :

Basic understanding of electronics principles.
Familiarity with PCB design and schematic capture tools.
Basic understanding of testing of on board DC-DC power supply units, CAN, SPI, I2C, current sensors.
Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the hardware design field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

For Hardware Engineers :

1-4 years of experience in hardware design, specifically for power electronics or related fields (experience with Li-Ion batteries is a plus).
Working knowledge of Altium Designer, schematic capture, and PCB layout design.
Experience with microcontrollers, power semiconductors (IGBTs, MOSFETs), and circuit simulation tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

For Senior Hardware Engineers :

5+ years of proven experience in hardware design, particularly in high-power control systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS), or similar.
Expertise in schematic capture, PCB layout, and power electronics (selection of power semiconductors, gate drives, protection circuits, etc.).
Experience with system-level hardware design, simulation, and testing of power electronics.
Strong knowledge of automotive, industrial, and residential reliability and safety requirements.
Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.

For Lead Hardware Engineers :

7+ years of experience in hardware design and development, particularly in high-power electronics systems and BMS.
Must have Experience on BMS, Charger and Motor Controller
Proven track record in leading teams through the full V-cycle of hardware development.
Expertise in design for cost, manufacturability, and scalability at high volumes (100k+ units).
Extensive experience with power semiconductors, DSPs, microcontrollers, and related peripherals.
Deep understanding of PCB layout, signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and design optimization techniques.
Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration and leading a team of junior and senior hardware engineers.
