Senior Finance Executive

1)Computation of TDS to be paid under different sections, preparation of challans, payments through portal, respective book entries on a monthly basis.

2)Review of books of a/c for identification of short deduction/non deduction cases & corrections thereof.

3)Preparation of data and filing of TDS returns and issuance of certificates as per due dates.

4)Review of Investment proofs submitted by employees, calculation of employee TDS and other related work to it.

5)Review of the portal, identification of any demands, notices etc. and preparation of replies to the department.

6)Update of any changes in law from time to time and briefing of the same to end users.

7)Other work related to TDS, if any.

8)Preparation of data and filing of respective returns, respective book entries on a monthly basis.

9)Reconciliation of output tax liability & input tax credit in between books of a/c, and different GST returns.

10)Identification of input tax credit as per books of a/c but not in GSTR-2b and follow up with clients for the same.

11)Identification of input tax credit as per GSTR-2b but not in books and briefing of same to end user for follow up of Invoices.
