Senior IT Engineer

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to drive research and development, act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and integration components. Also assist the Technical Architect in solution and design. The ideal candidate will actively participate in solution design, lead seamless system integrations, mentor development teams, and ensure technical excellence in deliverables. Expertise in CTI solutions like Genesys or Amazon Connect, coupled with strong proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python, is required. Experience with Node.js, AWS Lambda, Salesforce, and MuleSoft is highly preferred.

• Collaborate with the Technical Architect to research, prototype, and define technical strategies.
• Work with technology leads, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor development teams, promoting high coding standards, design best practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead end-to-end system integration efforts to ensure seamless interoperability between internal and external systems.
• Develop scalable and secure solutions using technologies such as Node.js, AWS Lambda, Java, Python, Salesforce, Mulesoft.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of CTI solutions (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect).
• Work closely with API teams to define and implement robust APIs for integration.
• Participate in architectural discussions and solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide critical inputs to design decisions and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and best practices, introducing them to improve the teams productivity and innovation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to guide the team effectively.
• Ensure solutions are optimized for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively address issues.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, .NET, or Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and serverless technologies like AWS Lambda.
• Proven expertise in CTI solutions such as Genesys or Amazon Connect.
• Solid understanding of system integration and API-based architectures.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and MuleSoft is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on collaboration and technical excellence.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams effectively.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
