The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining an organized work environment
This position requires excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Maintain an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents
Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other communications as needed
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
