MaxData Solutions - Data Analytics Lead - Business Intelligence (8-15 yrs)

Currently we are hiring as Lead Data & Analytics.

Industry : FMCG/ Foods/ Beverages/ Ice Creams.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Oversee the collection, storage, management, and analysis of large volumes of data from various sources.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Be conversant with modern BI architectures and leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data solutions.

- Demonstrate expertise on BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc., to deliver robust data visualization and reporting solutions.

- Architect and manage data warehouses and data lakes to ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance, to understand their data needs and develop the appropriate reporting capabilities

- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics technologies and tools, and recommend their adoption to enhance data capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT :

- Academic Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Professional ~ 12 years of overall experience, with atleast 4-5 years in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

- Strong business acumen and technical understanding of modern BI architecture(s)

- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau).

- Demonstrated experience in architecting data warehouses or data lake solutions, data and reporting products and services

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
