Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java technologies.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.

3. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

5. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, identifying and resolving technical problems and performance bottlenecks.

6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and apply them to improve existing software solutions.

8. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and promoting professional growth.

9. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine software requirements and continuously improve development.

10. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software applications.

11.Expertise in developing web applications using Java-based technologies (JSP, Servlets, etc.) and web services (REST, SOAP).

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Backend Java Developer with 7 -15 years of hands-on development experience.

3. Strong proficiency in Java programming language (preferably Java 11) and Spring framework.

4. Sound knowledge of database concepts and experience working with SQL and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).

5. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and preferably JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).

6. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc.).

7. Experience working with JUnit testing framework.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

10. You have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

11. Expertise in developing web applications using Java-based technologies (JSP, Servlets, etc.) and web services (REST, SOAP).

Preferred Skills :

1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.

2. Knowledge of micro services architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

4. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
