Area Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for industrial equipment/machinery products.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities in assigned areas (Bangalore).
  
• Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and provide post-sales support as needed.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.

• Handle Techno- Commercial operations and Inter-Departmental teams for customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports of Monthly / Yearly on products, market trend, sales and new business
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in area sales engineering or similar role in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with self-correspondence abilities; proficiency in MS Office applications.
