Associate Rakshak Manager

Security Operations Management: Assist in managing and monitoring day-to-day security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment. Coordinate with the Rakshak Manager to ensure security measures are in place for all critical areas. Oversee the operational functioning of security personnel and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise security personnel, including assigning shifts, training, and providing guidance on their tasks. Support the Rakshak Manager in motivating the team and maintaining discipline. Conduct briefings and debriefings with security staff to ensure clarity on expectations and any updates regarding security threats or changes.
