Deputy Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of customer advisors, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of team goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in customer service.
