Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Team (Sales) to oversee and develop strong relationships with clients in the life insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage tasks efficiently, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Leads Generation agents, do their training and Active in business.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless experience.

2. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the mortgage and insurance markets.

- Promote products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.

3. Task Management:

- Handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions and support to clients.

4. Customer Support and Engagement:

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for retention and cross-selling opportunities.

5. Reporting & Feedback:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on client interactions and sales progress.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to management for service improvement.

Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of mortgage and insurance products is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th & graduation in any field.

- Additional certifications in sales or financial services are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements:

- Prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the insurance industries.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationship.
