Audit Planning:
- Prepare annual plan based on broad directions and inputs received from business team and execute annual plan approved by audit hierarchy
- Complete the audit calendar (including report writing and summarization) within SLAs as per laid down internal audit practice, principles and process
Audit Execution:
- Review the work done by subordinates and external CA Firms in line with the stated internal audit principles and process, reporting to appropriate levels
- Collaborate closely with business team for closure of process gaps and audit observations and also for closure of open issues and regular follow ups
- Share major observations with business hierarchy for closure
Initiatives:
- Take IT initiatives for dashboard preparation and faster data analysis and reporting with relevant function forward and complete
Knowledge Management:
- Contribute to knowledge management by participating in CAMs and saving it in a common folder
People Management:
- Set KPIs, monitor work performance, plan development, provide feedback, guide and assist subordinates in resolving critical issues
