Executive /Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• To effectively interface with the physicians/ employees/ vendors and external agencies.
• To demonstrate ability and skill in handling overall accounting functions and statutory compliances from accounting perspective.
• To ensure timely & business aligned budgeting exercise and operating within budgeted costs in tune with business dynamics.
• To efficiently manage working capital, inventory-holding period, average collection period and average payment period
• To handle statutory / internal / tax audits from time to time.
• To ensure compliances with all statutory regulation and requirements including but not limited to VAT/ Service Tax/ TDS/Income Tax.
• To prepare cash flows and implementation of fund tracking mechanisms.
• To ensure timely up-dation of books of accounts complying with statutory & internal norms.
• To ensure preparation of Final Accounts.
• To ensure compliance with organizational policies by employees.
• To develop the team capability by upgrading their skill sets.
• To ensure timely and accurate reporting of Daily Flash, MIS and assist in budgeting exercise.
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
