Role & responsibilities

Skill:

All kind of woven garment pattern making

System knowledge:

Computer aided design (cad)

Gerber cad software experience

Costing pattern:

daily basis get the enquire from marketing team make the costing marker and pattern for fabric consumption given to marketing team

Sample pattern:

- Daily basis making the pattern for all kind of men, women , kids top and bottom garment pattern making and given to sample unit .

- Proto sample follow up on daily basis and get details form buyer through marketing team

fit, sample follow up on daily basis and get the approval form buyer through marketing team if any amendment

- Amend the pattern and go for PPS

- Pre production sample follow up daily basis and get comment and approval from buyer through marketing team

- Size set sample follow up daily basis and get comment and approval from buyer through marketing team if any amendment need in size set sample, amend the pattern go for bulk pattern

- SMS sample follow up

Bulk pattern:

Daily basis follow the bulk pattern which is going cutting production, bulk pattern given to cad team and quality team verify the pattern and get the detail if any need amend for notches, grain line, amendment and seal the approved bulk pattern handover cad quality team.

Marking pattern:

All the unit and vendor production floor marking pattern as per planning team co ordinate with

concern unit and vendor sending via courier daily basis Marking pattern / Ready pattern.
