JOB PURPOSE

Implement the Field operations processes to cover the sample logistics as per agreed SLAs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the transportation logistics for Samples, Cash and Reports.

• Design the process and document the SOPs, Audits and materials.
• Train and monitor the team resources Phlebotomists, Riders, etc
• Generate MIS reports to monitor the SLA performance on listed Activities.
• Work on Home collection project-Login Next
• Provide scanning solution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

• DMLT/BMLT,

Experience

• 5 to 6yrs Operations exposure in Diagnostics industry
