Role & responsibilities

• Generate sales: Promote services, explain benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases.
• Handle customer inquiries: Address concerns, complaints, and questions.
• Follow up: Check in with existing customers and follow up with leads.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet targets: Contribute to team performance and meet sales targets.
• Provide customer service: Help customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
