Job Summary:
The Business Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, supporting real estate acquisitions, managing programs, and contributing to the organizations growth and strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research on real estate markets.
- Collect, maintain, and monitor key property market indicators.
- Contribute to proposals on the company's real estate strategy.
- Support business and finance teams in fundraising and investor communications.
- Assist the business head in program management and execution of real estate projects.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Expertise in valuations and financial modeling (Excel proficiency is essential).
- Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for boards, investors, and CXOs.
